Dates, venue and tickets
The organizer’s ticket page confirms October 23–25. Cowboy Lifestyle Network Music and AZDCMA present the festival with Esmeralda Beach Resort. Tickets and lodging are separate purchases.
Published lineup
Friday features the Purple Onions, Kristen Merlin and Matt Farris. Saturday includes Brian Gaylord, Lily Grace, Country Divas, Buckshot & Bell Bottoms and Western Fusion. Sunday includes Rim Country, Christian Warren, Shelby Muniz and Hillbilly Deluxe. Exact set times should be confirmed with the organizer.
General admission and VIP
The ticket page currently displays one-day general admission at $30 USD and three-day general admission at $75 USD. One-day VIP admission is listed at $60 USD and three-day VIP at $150 USD. Review the final checkout total and inclusions before paying.
The page also contains expired August sale wording. Do not rely on that promotion. VIP upgrade products require a qualifying general-admission ticket; verify the correct product before checkout.
What to confirm before purchasing
Check daily opening times, age policy, accessibility, pool access, food and drink conditions, and whether any additional activities need separate admission. The organizer lists sales as final, with tickets transferable; review the current terms yourself.
Make it a fall break weekend
The October 23–25 weekend also includes Gran Carrera del Desierto and Charanga Derby on Saturday. Choose one main event each day and leave time for travel between locations.
