Become an oyster farmer for a day, help with selected farm tasks, learn from experienced growers, and understand the estuary that supports this local livelihood.

Plan your visit.
Participants meet oyster farmers with decades of experience and learn the stages of cultivation, from seed and crate care to sorting and harvest.
The program also includes an estuary talk and a group walk. Activities depend on tide and working conditions at the farm.
