Sonoran Sky Resort occupies the eastern end of Rocky Point’s Sandy Beach corridor. Completed in 2007, its curved 15-story tower contains 136 individually owned condos facing the water.
The smaller single-tower design feels more intimate than many large multi-building developments. Guests remain close to town while enjoying direct beach access, oceanfront pools, underground parking, a swim-up bar, and spacious private terraces.
