Arrive at least 15 minutes early and follow the location in your confirmation.
Wear swimwear or comfortable clothes and secure loose belongings.
Bring sunscreen, water, and a waterproof phone or camera case.
Children must fly with an adult; the captain approves all pairings based on weight and conditions.
Deposits are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, the amount paid becomes a transferable booking credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date; no cash refund is issued.
